India Institute is an independent, not-for-profit public charitable trust. Our research is free to access and we intend to keep it that way. Sustaining rigorous field research – randomised controlled trials, large-scale surveys, multi-site validation studies – requires sustained, unrestricted support.

Donate

Donations to India Institute are eligible for tax exemption under Sections 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Our certifications are current and valid.

We welcome partnerships with academic institutions, civil society organisations, government bodies, and independent funders.
